We are a design build–firm, with a team of professional and licensed contractors, engineers, loan consultants, and home inspectors.
We set up a free initial consultation with our clients to assess and discuss pros & cons of any property along with time lines and budgetary constraints of our clients. We take pride in providing a convenient and efficient service for our clients which saves them time and money!
Owner Ayesha Sikandar not only has the educational background but over 13 years of professional experience in the design & real estate industry. She helps her clients visualize how a space will look like before its even fully remodeled, staged and painted. She plans and completes the home improvement projects. Her specialty is in reinventing and revitalizing a property within time and budget.
Ayesha works with a broad range of clients;
1. Investors and Buyers /Sellers in the Bay area. We buy / sell Foreclosed /REO properties, short sale properties as well as regular properties for my clients.
2. Clients who are looking to remodel or add to their homes.
3. Clients looking to do tenant improvement for their retail shops and restaurants.
Our typical client consultation and project handling process involves setting priorities for a project. Whether it’s a real estate purchase or a remodeling project we make list of what the problem is, what’s most needed and what will be good to have items. We bring in my contractors for an estimate for the remodeling cost. We revaluate and see if the project still meets their needs and budgetary requirements. If we need permits we start the drawing process to submit to the city, start selecting materials and finishes and as soon as the permits are ready construction starts. .
